"You" refers to the user or purchaser of our products or services.
"Products" refers to any digital or physical items, courses, or services offered by bAmplified.

By completing a purchase on our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

4. Products and Services

We offer products, offerings, services, and events that blend Human Design, Astrology, Energy Work, and Embodiment. Our content is primarily catered to soulful female entrepreneurs and leaders.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Payment is due at the time of purchase.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

For 1:1 Services:
We require a 24-hour notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment. If you cancel with the required notice, you will receive a full refund. However, cancellations made without 24 hours' notice will not be refunded. You can reschedule your appointment at no cost within the 24-hour notice period. Please note that appointments cannot be rescheduled after this window has expired, and no refunds will be issued for missed appointments.

For Virtual Events:
We require a 24-hour notice to cancel your event registration. If you cancel with the required notice, you will receive a full refund. However, cancellations made without 24 hours' notice will not be refunded. Event registrations are non-transferable.

For Digital Products:
Refunds are not given for digital products (audio and pdf downloads). For Online Courses, please see the refund policies on the sales page and order form.

For all other items for sale through bAmplified:
If a Refund and/or Cancellation Policy is not listed in our Terms & Conditions for a particular product or service, please contact us to learn more.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of bAmplified and protected by copyright laws.
